All merchandise has at least a one year warranty covering MANUFACTURER’S defects. New, unworn merchandise (price tag required) returned after the completion of the fundraiser will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Defective items will be repaired and returned. In the event that the item cannot be repaired, an exchange for a similar item or a merchandise credit will be issued. Call 800-606-4718 for warranty details and information.
Should you have an item under $25 that needs repair, please call us to discuss options. We promise to treat you fairly.
Warranty Claim Form
We apologize that you are having a problem with your jewelry. Please complete and submit the warranty claim form. We will send you a prepaid UPS Shipping Label so that you may return your jewelry to us for repair at no cost to you.
Please note that most jewelry has a one year warranty, although some pieces we offer may have a longer guarantee. Should your jewelry be out of warranty and need repair, we would be happy to provide a free estimate of the cost to repair. Many customers find our repair charges to be significantly less than other repair alternatives.
