About the promotional materials

Omega will send promotional materials in the form of posters, flyers and table tents to you at no charge for you to use to advertise the upcoming fundraiser.  All materials professionally designed and are produced in full color.
 
The flyers are 8 ½” x 11” (standard size paper) and are generally distributed through interoffice mail, placed on bulletin boards and taped or tacked in locations where larger sized posters will not fit.
 
The posters come in 2 sizes: 18” x 24” and 24” x 36” and are generally displayed on bulletin boards, windows and doors. We can also send posters that have been professionally dry mounted if you would like to use easels to display your posters.
 
The table tents, when folded and displayed, are 3 sided  and in the shape of an A-Frame tent.  The two visible sides are 4 ¼” x 5”.  The bottom side is precut so that the flaps my be interlocked and your tents will stand up indefinitely.  This is a professional design and used by many restaurants and hotels to display free standing, 2 sided signs.

Quantity

Many clients find it beneficial to choose different designs for different styles.  In other words, they request tents with the blue design, posters with the gold design and flyers with the holiday design.  Other clients prefer to stay with one design. Feel free to choose according to your preference.
